Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature, via UPS, DHL, EMS or FedEx. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. If your address is a remote address, we cannot send via DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Standard shipping is 7 to 18 business days. Customer is responsible for shipping fees at checkout.
Our policy is your 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Our supplier must be notified within 15 days from receipt of shipment of any damages or shortages incurred. They will make every effort to remedy any problems that may arise. Packages MUST BE in original packaging and unopened. We (and supplier) cannot accept any returns after the 15 day period.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for returned orders. Please contact us via contact form so that we can request an RMA number from our supplier BEFORE you return the product
